How long will it take to match me with a surrogate? The time it takes to match with a surrogate can vary based on several factors, including your specific preferences, the requirements of the IP(s) clinic, the availability of qualified surrogates, and the necessary screening processes. While many intended parents find a suitable match within a few months, some matches may happen more quickly or take a bit longer.
-
What does the agency program fee cover? Our agency program fee covers a comprehensive range of services, including thorough surrogate screening, the escrow fee, maternity claims management, and full journey facilitation—even post-birth—to provide a smooth and supportive experience for all parties involved.
-
What is an Intended Parent? An Intended Parent is an individual or couple who seeks to have a child through assisted reproductive technologies, such as surrogacy or egg donation. They are the legal guardians who intend to raise the child once born, often because they cannot conceive or carry a pregnancy themselves.
-
Is there a more affordable option for surrogacy?Yes, some people attempt independent surrogacy, which can reduce agency fees. However, navigating the medical, legal, and emotional complexities on your own can introduce significant risks. Why Choose Sprout Surrogacy? At Sprout Surrogacy, we streamline the entire journey—from screening and matching to ongoing support—ensuring professionalism, ethical standards, and a compassionate approach. Our structured process reduces the burden on intended parents and surrogates, providing expert guidance and peace of mind that independent surrogacy often lacks.

What if I do not have embryos but I know I want to utilize an Egg Donor or Surrogate? If you do not have embryos but know you want to utilize an Egg Donor or Surrogate, you can still begin the process. First, you'll need to work with a fertility clinic to create embryos, either using your own eggs or those from an Egg Donor. Once the embryos are created, we can match you with a surrogate to carry the pregnancy. Our agency will guide you through the surrogacy processes, providing support every step of the way.
-
Do I need to have a relationship with the Surrogate? At Sprout Surrogacy, we require that Intended Parents and surrogates maintain some level of relationship throughout the journey, whether it's simple communication or a closer connection.
