An IVF and donor-conceived parent herself, Rome’s personal experience fuels her commitment to supporting others on their path to parenthood. With a strong background in business development and a current pursuit of a medical career, she brings both strategic insight and clinical understanding to the surrogacy field. Rome also serves as President of BE Youth Foundation, reflecting her passion for positively impacting children and families in every aspect of her work.

Victoria serves as the Marketing Manager at Sprout Surrogacy, bringing extensive experience in business development, marketing, event planning, and operations. Driven by a passion for meaningful work, Victoria strives to enhance Sprout’s reach and impact by implementing strategic marketing initiatives. Her goal is to ensure success across all aspects of brand promotion, helping more families discover the support they need through Sprout Surrogacy.

Briyanna serves as the Case Coordinator at Sprout Surrogacy, drawing on her extensive background in case management and finance. Currently pursuing a nursing degree, she is committed to broadening her expertise to better assist families on their surrogacy journeys. As a mother herself, Briyanna understands the emotional challenges of building a family, being pregnant, and strives to connect personally with each participant, creating a warm and relatable experience.

Elisa brings warmth, dedication, and compassion to her role as Case Manager at Sprout Surrogacy. With a true passion for supporting women through pregnancy, she has been a steady anchor for many families on their journeys. Elisa ensures that every party feels supported, heard, and cared for, guiding them with clear communication and unwavering reliability. Her heartfelt commitment helps make the surrogacy process smooth and reassuring, so each family can focus on what matters most, welcoming new life with confidence and peace of mind.

Lydia is the Client Relations Manager at Sprout Surrogacy, a devoted mother of three with a philanthropic spirit and a knack for connecting with people. With an extensive background in community engagement, Lydia is dedicated to expanding the agency by building relationships with both surrogates and Intended Parents. A true people person, she brings warmth, empathy, and a results-driven focus to every aspect of her role.

Laveah is a devoted mother of two who brings both professional dedication and personal experience to her role as Client Relations Assistant. Having welcomed her own children through assisted reproductive technology, she understands first-hand the emotional and practical challenges of building a family with assistance. Her unique perspective allows her to connect with clients in a deeply relatable way, offering empathy, guidance, and encouragement.
